TSC 2018 Presentation

The Traralgon Swimming Club Presentation was held at the Premier Function Centre on 12th May. It was a fabulous night of celebration. Gallery

95 club trophies were awarded at the Presentation which started at 4pm.  The presentation began with a 30 minute re-cap of club activities, celebrations and swimming events from the past season with particular emphasis on the 60 years anniversary celebrations and the launch of the National Hall of Fame in August, the Victorian Country Championships in January and the Gippsland Championships in March.

Trophies for 10 & Under swimmers where awarded and followed by a buffet dinner.

The Senior (11 & over) presentation of Trophies began at 7:30pm. Included in the presentation was the induction of new National Hall of Fame swimmers Abby Paulet and Paige McLennan and Service Awards were presented to Chance Doultree, Ellodie Reid, Audrey Lee and Penelope Georgeson who have represented the club for 10 years.  Mr Peter Haberl, club vice president, was acknowledged for his contribution to club culture and development with the Bruce Cain Award for Outstanding Club Contribution.

It was a wonderful evening which included speeches by our coaches as well as thank you presentations by each of the Team Captains who traditionally thank the coaches on behalf of the club.  The evening finished with the “2018 Country Championship” DVD created with great flair by Nicole Moon – a wonderful way to round out the evening.
