Ki Si Min
2 T oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
3 – 4 sticks celery chopped
Handful of beans
500g mince
¼ – ½ cabbage sliced thinly
Salt & pepper
Curry powder to taste
1 pkt chicken noodle soup
1. Fry onion, celery, peppers and curry powder, add soup when onions are soft, add mince and brown.
2. Place all vegies into mixture with a cup of water and cook 8-10 minutes further.
3. Add a splash of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
