Sam Ashby was the guest coach at the fourth in the series of Winter Clinics held for Traralgon swimmers on 24th August.  Sam, a former Traralgon swimmer and Australian gold medallist, worked with swimmers to improve their freestyle.  Sam demonstrated his winning form and shared tips and techniques with swimmers.  Traralgon’s juniors have benefited from the knowledge and experience of four outstanding swimmers – all of them former Traralgon champions.  Ashley Delaney presented the backstroke clinic, Jeremy Meyer worked with swimmers in breaststroke, Andrew Cameron was the butterfly specialist and Sam Ashby rounded out the series with Freestyle technique.  The Traralgon Club is grateful to these talented and generous athletes for their time and support.
