Timekeeper Roster 1 Nov 2014 Melb Vic Centre Long Course

We have changed arrangements for the Buses and the 14/Over Swimmers. Please take note of the following and if you wish to now go on the 14/Over Bus please let Heather Haney know. We apologise about the changes and thank you
for your understanding.

Please note the arrangements as follows:

 13/Under Swimmers

4.45am – 2 buses will leave Traralgon outdoor pool

5.00am – One Bus will stop at Morwell Train Station

5.30am – One Bus will stop at Drouin Truckstop

7.00am – Both buses will arrive at MSAC

7.00am  – Land Warm Up

7.15am – Enter pool

7.30am – Pool Warm Up

8.30am – Meet Commences

11.45am – Morning session finishes

12.30pm – Bus will leave MSAC and return  – there will be no lunch stop – please have food and drink with you.

14/Over Swimmers

6.15am – Training session at Traralgon Indoor

8.15am – Session finishes

9.15am – 1 bus leaves Traralgon Outdoor Pool

9.30am – Bus stops at Morwell Train Station

10.00am – Bus stops at Drouin Truckstop

11.30am – Bus arrives at MSAC

11.30am – Land Warm Up

11.45am – Enter pool and pool warm up

12.45pm – Meet Commences

3.45pm – Meet finishes

4.30pm – Bus will leave MSAC and return  – there will be no tea stop – please have food and drink with you.

Don’t Forget

1. Cost is $5.00 per person. Please pay immediately upon getting on the bus  – thank you.

2. All swimmers must wear Traralgon polo top and Maroon everything. Traralgon Windcheater may be worn to say warm .

Only polo tops to be worn indoors please.

3. Swimmers please ensure they are well fed and hydrated on the bus.

3. Copy of the program for Saturday is attached.

4. We have a goal to achieve 3 additional Country, State and National qualified swimmers – Good luck team!
