With 13 swimmers in finals we finished the Victorian State Sprint Championships with 2 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals.
Ainsley Trotter(11) won the 50 back (34.64)by the slenderest of margins (0.01) and backed up in the 50 fly with bronze. Chance Doultree (16) overcame a challenging start to rake in the field and also win gold in the 50 breast (30.98). Molly Cargill (13) became the speed queen in the Club recording the fastest 50 free this year (27.77) and winning silver. Ash Nicholes (12) broke 37.00 for the first time in the 50 breast (36.58) also winning silver and Jordyn Cargill (14) recorded his best time in the 50 fly (27.36) to win bronze.
We also congratulate Ruby Storm who broke 3 Australian multi class records in the 15 years 50 fly, back and free.
