What a special night we had on May 13 at the Traralgon Greyhound Club. 140 trophies and Awards were given and, at one point, 240 people attended.
The Junior Presentation was a terrific opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the many 9 and under swimmers who swam this year and the senior presentation, starting with the 10 year olds and working through to the Masters swimmers, was also fantastic. What an exemplary, talented and hard working group of athletes and coaches we have at Traralgon!
Each squad was presented and our coaches spoke about each swimmer. We couldn’t help but feel that the coaches know their athletes so well and had such positive things to say about each.
Our Captains, Zoe Dowler, Molly Cargill and Ashley Nicholes (Captain Will Pendergast was an apology) spoke brilliantly and thanked parents, coaches, committee and their fellow swimmers.
We thank parents, coaches, captains, committee and the Traralgon Greyhound Club for a great night.
