Sunday, June 21 starting at 9:30am at the Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre in Traralgon
Program includes distance events 1500m, 800m, 400m Free and IM run in the warm up pool concurrently with events in the competition pool. If you enter the 800m or 1500m, do not enter another event in the early part of the program; we are not always able to accommodate missed events. 1500m and 800m swimmers must provide lap counters.
